Peripatetic Tuition

Children are encouraged to learn a variety of instruments and may be withdrawn for up to 15 minutes for musical instrument tuition.

Did you know that music education speeds the development of speech and reading skills, trains children to focus their attention for sustained periods, and helps them to develop empathy and emotional intelligence? See this Royal Conservatory of Music report.

Lessons are taught in the Practical Room with a peripatetic teacher. A small charge is normally made for instrumental tuition which is paid a term in advance.

To book lessons for your child, please take a look at the variety of instruments on offer and contact either the school office or the relevant tutor directly.
