To conclude our Autumn term Curriculum Context ‘Is there anybody out there?’, we were thrilled to invite families to a special Stargazing event on Colwinston field, led by the expert team from Dark Sky Wales. On a beautiful, clear evening, children and parents alike were captivated by an engaging laser show that illuminated the sky’s constellations, and we even caught a glimpse of the magnificent planet Saturn!

The excitement continued as we gathered around state-of-the-art telescopes, where everyone had the chance to marvel at close-up images of the Moon and Saturn. It was truly an evening filled with wonder and discovery, creating memories that will not be forgotten. We are grateful to all who joined us for this enchanting experience, fostering a love for the cosmos in our school community.
