Our Welcome

A Message from Mr Sinnett

Welcome to St David's Church In Wales Primary School in Colwinston.
Croeso i Ysgol Dewi Sant.

On behalf of all the children, staff and governors I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our website. As you explore it, hopefully you will start to understand what makes St David’s a very special Christian family school.

We are very proud of its values, ethos and the strength of its community. As Acting Headteacher, I am lucky to work alongside a great team of teachers, support staff, parents and of course the children themselves.

At St. David's we like to celebrate success – in every area and at every level, both inside and outside of school. We aim to bring learning alive, making it exciting, stimulating and fun. We want to give our children a thirst for learning that continues with them throughout their lives.

We have many hopes and dreams as we begin this time of change at St David's. Embedding our new curriculum and developing the grounds of our new 21st Century School.

We look forward to working closely with the staff, parents, children, governors and the church to make our great school even better.

If you want to know more about our school please come and visit to experience our supportive Christian ethos and see us in action. We would be delighted to meet you.
